Making the Most of Your Time Here
The first step towards a beautiful and healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Our dental office always tries to schedule appointments that best fits the schedule of the patient.
Visits for Children
It is best that children have their appointments scheduled for the morning because they are fresher, and it enables our dentists to work more slowly with them for their comfort. Schoolchildren with a lot of work to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reason.
Dental appointments are an excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued. Our staff has been specially trained to help young, apprehensive children feel good about the dentist and taking care of their teeth. A bright and cheerful office with friendly and compassionate professionals are all there to help the kids and adults feel comfortable and at ease while visiting the dentist.
24-Hour Notice Cancellation
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask each patient to please notify our office 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time if they are unable to keep the appointment. We require this in order to allow for another patient in need of our care to be scheduled. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we appreciate the assistance in this regard.
These cancellations can be conducted by contacting our office by phone or completing an online appointment request.
Patient Forms
For every new patient, our friendly staff will email a link to fill out securely online. If preferred, a patient can fill out the form on our iPads when they come to the office. Our goal is to take care of our patients and our planet. This is just one way that we show the Signature Smiles difference.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Stay with My Child During the Visit?
You are welcome to accompany your child(ren) to the back. We ask that you allow our staff to use their dental experience to help your children overcome anxiety. Separation anxiety is not uncommon in children, so please try not to be concerned if your child exhibits some negative behavior. This is normal and will soon diminish. Studies and experience have shown that most children over the age of 3 react more positively when permitted to experience the dental visit on their own and in an environment designed for children.
How Often Should Regular Visits Be Scheduled?
Ordinarily, periodic recall appointments, which include an examination, preventive dental education, cleaning, and fluoride treatments, will be recommended twice a year. The frequency of dental visits will partly depend on the patient’s eating habits, how clean the teeth are kept, and if the patient has a history of dental decay.
What About Finances?
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget and gives you the best possible care. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
